Return Policy

Basics

Our return policy spans 7 days, commencing from the date you receive your item. During this period, you have the option to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and comprehensive instructions on how and where to send your package. Please refrain from sending items back to us without prior authorisation, as these returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Each AMRAK piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, and the embroidery is done entirely by hand. As a result, slight irregularities, variations in threadwork, texture, or finish are not defects, but a natural reflection of the craftsmanship that makes every piece unique.

We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an incorrect item or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and assist you promptly.

Please note that minor variations inherent to handmade craftsmanship are not considered defects and therefore are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Returns are not accepted for sale items, custom sizes or gift cards. These items are non-returnable. We apologise  for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us. Thank you for your understanding.
